In this episode, I speak to Real Investor Jeff Coffman. Jeff had wanted to invest for years and then when he finally took the plunge five years ago he was able to create an income allowing him to quit his job within a few years. He now continues growing his real estate investment business with his wife. Jeff finds deals and then figures out the best exit strategy for them. The majority of his deals are subject to but he also indulges in rehabs and wholesaling.
Jeff shares how he approaches a deal and figures out the best exit strategy for it, some of the biggest mistakes he has made over the years, and why he got a mentor when he first started out.
