Today, Ohio has 32 percent fewer newspapers than it did in 2004, making it harder for local readers to find out what\'s happening around them. As journalism and mainstream media continue to change, how are hyperlocal startups faring? What opportunities and challenges are they facing? Join us to hear from the leadership of four efforts as they share their aspirations and contributions to Greater Cleveland\'s changing media landscape\r\n\r\nThis forum is the Annual WCLV Forum Endowed by Robert and Jean Conrad. The Cleveland Foundation sponsored this forum as part of our Reimagining Journalism series. Support for City Club Virtual Forums is provided by The Cleveland Foundation, Bank of America, The George Gund Foundation, KeyBank, PNC, Eaton, Nordson Corporation and the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Production and distribution of City Club forums in partnership with ideastream is generously provided by PNC and the United Black Fund.
