Narmin Ismail, the founder of The Spark of Hope Foundation, discusses her organization's efforts to empower young women in developing countries through education. Her efforts have earned her numerous accolades, including the 2021 Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada. She is a Kenyan immigrant with a B.A. in Psychology and an MBA.
