Andrei became an intellectual property lawyer when his father, Mark Minkov, a famous Russian composer, caught a radio station stealing his music to make an ad for Samsung. While still a law student, Andrei took this case all the way up to one level below the Supreme Court of Russia—and won!
Andrei helped large multi-national companies like Apple, Microsoft, Google, Dreamworks, and Ford, and helped celebrities like J.K. Rowling and Dan Lok. He also trademarked for individual authors and small business owners. His journey has so far included moving from Russia to Canada. He started a law firm in Canada and later converted it to Trademark Factory. He then relinquished his law license in Canada to pursue broader opportunities in Dubai.
