The Journey to Gospel Environment: From College to Community

Eric shares how his journey to creating a gospel environment started during his college years when he felt called to participate in a ministry in New Orleans. Through this experience, he learned about the importance of incarnational ministry and indigenous leadership. After graduating from seminary in Orlando, he felt called to serve in the community of Paramore, where he planted a church to fulfill his calling. However, as they focused more on discipleship and empowering the community, they shifted their approach and ended corporate worship to prioritize serving the community through initiatives like their after-school program. The ultimate goal is to create a holistic gospel environment where discipleship, education, mental health counseling, and vocational training all work together to transform lives and build indigenous leadership.
