"Nimona," one of the year's best animated films, has had a long road to finally getting seen by audiences. The queer, punk-rock fantasy film is now playing in limited release in theaters and will arrive on Netflix on June 30th. Ema Sasic was fortunate to get the opportunity to speak with cast members Chloë Grace Moretz, Riz Ahmed, Eugene Lee Yang, and co-directors Nick Bruno & Troy Quane about their work on the film, what the movie means to them, and more.
