Mentor Session #5 - YOU have the power to change the world

In this short episode, I share with you a story about a wonderful man I met in 2017 through my time with the Princes Trust called Tom. Tom has Downs Syndrome. But this does not stop him from having a positive impact on everyone he meets. My message here is simple. We can effect great change. It isn't about changing the world. It's about making an impact and a difference with every interaction we have. One person at a time.
