Episode 195:How to Keep Your Practice Busy At Any Time
As the world currently deals with the coronavirus pandemic ( Officially named COVID-19) many veterinary practices are posed with the same question. How do I keep my practice busy?
In today's episode, I talk about ways you can use right now to keep your veterinary practice busy even when it's slow. The best thing to do is to be proactive in these types of situations and be thinking ahead for the benefit of your practice.
1)Creating client avatars help you can get down to exactly what your client's thoughts, fears, concerns, needs, and wants are at this time. Thinking of ways you can provide services that offer solutions to real current problems your clients are facing. And think of how you can market to your clients that you know how they feel and how you are able to provide them a solution, in turn, easing their minds and their problems on their plates.
2)Giving people the tools they need to be proactive.
3)Make it feel less scary for your clients.
Offer services to help ease fears such as parking lot check-ins to limit the amount of exposure in your practice.
4) Here's what we are doing.
Like many other companies at the moment. Address what your practice is doing to keep them safe during this time. Laying out that your practice cares and are taking the necessary measures for the safety of all clients and team members.
