For most of us, we can only dream. For Sam Hickson, this was his reality.

When Sam accepted his role at Football Australia, he never expected to get the call up for the knock-out qualifiers in Qatar.

But after an impressive start to his time as an Event Coordinator, Sam’s boss asked if he’d fancy helping out in the Socceroo’s camp.

Next minute, this football fanatic is living out his boyhood dream - just 3 years out of uni!!!
