Empathy; it was a little late to the party in the world of sales, but now that it's arrived, it's here to stay. Empathy is one of our greatest strengths as people, it comes naturally to some more than others, but is the foundation for every connection we have with customer, colleague, team member and network. But what makes empathy the foundation for selling, why is it beneficial and why do some people still believe it doesn't deserve a place in the world of sales?
