All behaviour is belief driven. Beliefs stop serving you when they begin to impact your behaviour and limit what you believe you can achieve or have in your life. No matter how many self-help books you read or courses you do, you won’t change your behaviour until you change your belief.
Most of our beliefs are held unconsciously. They may be holding you back from reaching your goals and feeling truly content and you may not even be conscious that you have them.
Shelly and Amrit dive deep into the elegant, effective and revolutionary process to eliminate beliefs that are limiting your progress towards your dreams and living the life you deserve. This process is about consciously working through your deeply-held belief and actively challenging it. You can change your belief and behaviour pattern in order to build the life of your dreams.
Limiting beliefs are created in childhood and then stay with you. We all set our hearts on affection, attention, and acknowledgment; when they are not fulfilled, we begin to give meaning to specific events and create beliefs over time. Happiness or suffering is determined by the meaning we give events.
Not only limiting beliefs are created in childhood. Most behaviour is driven by our deeply ingrained and typically unconscious beliefs created in our early years.
