Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, W. P. Carey is one of the largest diversified net lease REITs, specializing in the acquisition of operationally critical, single-tenant properties in North America and Europe.

Karolis worked in banking and has held roles at UBS and Jefferies before moving to WP Carey in 2015. He has responsibility for Sale-Leaseback, Build-to-Suit Finance and Net-Lease Acquisitions across Europe.
