Sober at Christmas: How to enjoy being alcohol free

For many people, alcohol and the festive season go hand in hand. It’s the season of excess when normal rules around eating and drinking seem to go completely out the window and a mimosa for breakfast becomes perfectly normal. But now, more and more people are deciding to cut down on their alcohol consumption over Christmas or are opting to go completely sober. In this episode, we hear three different perspectives of drinking at Christmas.
