《高效原力》是我期待很久的一本書，作者是我追蹤很久的 YouTuber，他就是醫生和創業家阿里．阿布達爾（Ali Abdaal）。他在學生時期就是英國劍橋大學的學霸，成為醫生之後他斜槓做 YouTube 頻道。後來離開醫療領域，創立自己的事業，頻道也已經累積超過 500 多萬訂閱者。
