She also talks about how we could intentionally fill up our memory bank and practice gratitude so we are less influenced by external factors, and we can live life as we planned it. Staci Danford has a Master’s Degree in Mind, Brain, and Education. She’s a TEDx speaker and has been a GRATITUDE consultant for the ABC News show, Good Morning Texas.
