

Episode 21: Update on where I am at with my hormones
At 16 months post partum, taking care of my health is definitely different then how I thought it would be. Lack of sleep played a huge roll, and that's okay it is/was a season. Having a baby definitely changes your body, and there are lots of things you want to do to support it and pay attention to make sure you are getting the nutrients you need.
