Service members stationed at Anderson Air Force Base in Guam have been forced to live in hazardous conditions with mold growing on the walls, black rusted pipes covering the ceiling and exposed electrical wires dangerously dangling. Meanwhile, the Defense Department is moving billions of dollars from the service's facilities and restoration accounts to fund the southern border mission.
