Republicans Jane Brady and Julianne Murray successfully defended the People of Delaware and the Delaware State Constitution against illegal voting schemes defended by State Attorney General Kathy Jennings and her Democratic Party. In order to do so, they needed a plaintiff "with standing" for each of the two cases. Mike Mennella was one, and he called the Jensen Show recently.
