Andrea began her real estate journey in 2006, diving into residential after her husband, Bryan, transitioned from commercial property management to join her. Through tough times like the recession, they honed their skills navigating short sales and foreclosures, prioritizing care for clients when they needed it most. They rapidly expanded by prioritizing relationships with friends and family, following Buffini systems, and staying committed to education and industry elevation. In 2015, they acquired a retiring realtor friend's business, further propelling their growth.
Their passion for the industry led Andrea to take on leadership roles within the Phoenix Realtors Association, culminating in her presidency in 2022, while also serving on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors. Behind the scenes, seeing the inner workings of the industry was eye-opening. With a growing team since 2019, their desire for leverage and aiding other agents' development has only strengthened. Family holds a special place for them, cherishing moments with their son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in Northern California, as well as their daughter and son-in-law in Tucson, AZ. They treasure home as the nexus of enduring memories, sharing interests in hiking and travel.
