The agency now has offices in Los Angeles, Nashville, New England, Virginia, Florida and St.Louis, and serves 60 diverse artists that include Roger McGuinn, Poco, Atlanta Rhythm Section, The Motels, Freddie McGregor Zoe Keating, Darlingside, Gangstagrass and more.. Bruce is also the founder and editor of the influential music blog Hypebot, which was recently acquired by the gig recommendation service Bandsintown, where he serves as a senior advisor. During the interview we spoke about what an agent looks for when taking on an artist, the strategy behind booking talent, the best place online to build an audience quickly, the Bandsintown Artist Toolkit, and much more.On the intro I’ll take a look at Spotify’s market value dropping, and at how many producers and engineers are working for free.
