#19: Fertility and pregnancy with Tianjin & Bianca of Mother Nurtured

This week’s episode was a little different… I interviewed the awesome sister duo behind Mother Nurtured. Tianjin is a Certified Yoga teacher, teaching pregnancy and postnatal yoga, and Bianca is a Nutritionist. Together, they support women with fertility, pregnancy and in the postnatal stage.

So, you might be thinking - this isn’t for me! And that’s cool, if you have no interest in women’s health, feel free to skip this one. But honestly I reckon this interview is worth a listen for anyone... these ladies are absolutely hilarious!
