In this episode, I speak with Sam Willoughby, BMX Olympic Silver Medalist and former world champion.

Sam has one of the most incredible stories in the world of sport having gone from the 2016 Olympic Games, to 3 weeks later having an accident in a training run that left him diagnosed as a C6 tetraplegic and left him in a wheelchair.

His story is one of the most incredible highs and lowest lows but from it has come to his huge resolve for life and an outlook that is infectious and thought-provoking.
