Becky Payne led development of The Federal Plan for Equitable Long-Term Recovery and Resilience, which commits federal agencies to strengthen the vital conditions needed to improve nationwide well-being. It’s a government-wide approach to bring to bear the huge breadth of federal resources to improve resilience at the individual and community level.

She is now President and CEO of the Rippel Foundation, whose vision is a cohesive system of health that focuses on health and well-being; a system that is thriving, equitable, and sustainable.
