Maxine Bédat is the Executive Director of New Standard Institute, and an author of a freshly-released book, Unraveled: the life and death of a garment, published by Penguin. Maxine is passionate about environment conservation and uses her platforms to urge the fashion industry to make changes to its business in order to preserve our planet.
