Matt Rice has a truly extraordinary and inspiring story of his journey into entrepreneurship. He was a construction worker for the better part of his life, dedicating himself to the industry. But along the way, he grappled with addiction, battled alcoholism, and faced depression. After overcoming those challenges, a career-ending shoulder injury left him with no choice but to pivot and forge a new path.
