In this episode, Cel speaks to the incredible Kim Hartwell about her experience of becoming a mother and hitting rock bottom before realising that some simple changes to how she approached climbing the mountain of motherhood with compassion and coping mechanisms.
Kim Hartwell is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and breathwork coach with more than 10 years experience working in the industry. Her work focusses on taking Mums from “barely surviving” to “thriving” not only in motherhood but in life.
