In this episode, I want to talk to you about self belief. I share my views on self-belief and whether it's something you're born with or if it's a conscious choice every day. I’ve been reflecting on this as I've been listening to Matthew Perry’s new autobiography, and listening to his story with addiction and how someone who has achieved such massive things, can also not believe in himself.

In this episode I talk about the blocks that keep us from believing in ourselves and how to stop waiting to feel like you're enough, and make the choice to believe in yourself now.
