Brian dealt with an accident as a child that ripped off his left arm. He never used it as an excuse for not being successful even after 24 surgeries. 

We discuss the importance of ELEVATING and EMPOWERING people. In 2019, Brian left the stable insurance industry to start his own business with the goal of spending more time with his family.
