We had hearings today in the Senate on section 230 and … it was a complete missed opportunity. I would love a smart conversation about the law and how to improve it. Instead, we got rants about specific tweets and a bunch of nonsense. Let’s hope the Senate can do better next time, when an election isn’t so close.
