For this weeks episode it was an absolute pleasure to be joined by a Ph.D in psychology and certified health and fitness coach, Dr. Kasey Orvidas. Adding a different aspect to coaching with her knowledge and experience in psychology research and coaching in the gym, I really enjoyed chatting with Kasey. One of the biggest factors that hold people back is their mindset and it’s amazing how many areas of people’s lives that it can have an impact on.
