In her third cookbook, Gâteau: The Surprising Simplicity of French Cakes (Simon & Schuster), Aleksandra illustrates how make morning cakes, tea cakes, génoise, dacquoise, clafoutis and more with French flair and creative twists. Passionate about food waste and conservation she is writing a screenplay for a film on climate change in Bordeaux.
