His extensive experience as a club owner and operator, personal trainer, sales representative, and consultant have afforded him a deep bank of knowledge related to studio design, lease negotiations, and personal recruitment and training. In the series of ups and downs that come with growing an idea into a true concept, EK has become an advocate of fostering company culture, especially one that places great value on employees, members, and feedback. He is fortunate to have learned that attention to the smallest of details allows for delivering an unparalleled customer experience. In addition to broad real-world experience, he earned his degree in exercise physiology and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and anything that involves food.
