Approximately 6.25%

Approximately 1.6%

Approximately 0.5%

Own 4 Investment properties:

Approximately 0.19%

Own 5 Investment properties:

Approximately 0.07%

As you can see form the data above, the amount of people that grow their portfolio from 2 to 5 is already a fraction of a percent of the population, so what is Sam Gordon doing different to enable him to grow a property portfolio of 30 properties by 31 years of age?
