On today's episode we're talking about the ~political~ work the Bankman-Fried's were engaged in until everything came crumbling down in November 2022. What I've heard is that, disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm for effective altruism from existing political candidates, the Bankman-Fried's (and their team) endeavored to recruit effective altruists into being political candidates. 

But things... didn't really go as planned?

$100 million later, there isn't all that much to show for it. Let's break down what happened, and what went wrong.
