In this weeks episode we dive down into what we are REALLY after by incorporating weight lifting for cyclists and triathletes: the ability to produce POWER through great positions, breathing patterns, and the ability to move from the correct places, and with the right muscles.
This may come as a surprise for many of you, bur simply "squatting", or just going through any strength training movement without understanding what you want and need to get out of it, will leave you with FAR less results, than taking the time to MASTER and OWN that movement.
