How do you go from being the all time winningest player in Harvard history to becoming one of the youngest coaches in the game? No one knows better than Coach Christian Webster, the Assistant Basketball Coach at Virginia Tech — a title he earned at just 25 years old.

During his time at Harvard, Christian Webster became the all time winningest player in Harvard’s history with 90 wins, including 3 Ivy League titles and back to back NCAA tournament trips. Since his time at Harvard, Coach Webster was named to ESPN’s 40 under 40 list before he even turned 30. He's also played an integral part of the Hokies' success over the past five years, and he hasn’t backed down when it comes to recruiting and coaching talent, even during COVID.

Coach Webster sat down with Sam Caucci, the Founder and CEO of 1Huddle, to talk about his philosophy of how to reach young people where they're at, the challenges of becoming a prominent coach at such a young age, and the art of “being where your feet are”.
