Do Christians Hate Sinners?

Why does the Bible state that Jesus was angry at some sinners and loving and compassionate toward others?  In our daily walk as believers, what should be our attitude toward those who are transgressing God's law (especially given our understanding that we are transgressors ourselves)?  Should Christians hate sinners and be angry at them?  If so, when and why?  This podcast addresses this topic with the use of scripture and examples from the life of Jesus and His Apostles.
