We hear a lot of talk about diversity these days, but few of us have stopped to think about why it matters. At the ERLC National Conference, Glenn Packiam, in his talk, “Race and human flourishing; Embracing diversity for the good of all people,” demonstrates that we champion diversity because God has created us as a diverse people.
