Jess' People Soup ingredients are curiosity, flexibility and exploration with a side order of passion and fun. We discuss her international career, including some of the some cultural differences she has noticed. Jess also talks about her curiosity for understanding people in the workplace across different contexts and the perceptions of creativity in different roles. We finish with Jess' advice to her younger self and a stonking song choice.
