Overall putting money in here - does risk justify reward? Meaning there hasn’t been a pullback of the great 8 … there is resistance at $460 on spy

Rule 1 - trade above the 200 day ema (I use sma)

Rule 2 - rsi divergence - put a line at 50 and trade above the line (not necessary but nice tk have) 

Rule 3 - look for an engulfing candle - opens at lower than the previous red candle and the close is above the high of the previous red candle 

Enter only after the green candle closes in rule 3

Stop loss 2 times the profit
