That topic is mental health and suicide. I know it can be an anxiety-provoking thing to think about, and there is a lot of stigma and misconceptions around mental health, suicide, and suicide attempts that we will talk through, but, the main focus today is on the tremendous amount of hope we can have for kids, teens, and adults who are struggling in this way. Parents and professionals truly can play a key role in providing proactive support, as well as effectively supporting survivors.
