This week, Mike welcomes 6x Olympic gold medalist Amy Van Dyken-Rouen to the Everyday Warrior Podcast. Although Amy has severe asthma, she became a world-class competitive swimmer and made history at the 1996 Olympics by becoming the first female to win four gold medals at a single Games. In 2014, she was involved in an ATV accident that left her paralyzed from the waist down. Amy’s edgy sense of humor is on full display as she speaks with Mike about her journey, overcoming obstacles, and why the world has her to thank for Michael Phelps.
