Use that annoying software update to take a pause

It’s Monday morning and you’re ready to go. You’re pumped and prepared. And then you see that little desktop popup. Software update. Research shows that popup notifications can destroy focus and cause stress and anxiety. So, if you are the victim of a software update, how can you survive it without the meltdown?
