Isaiah 63 speaks about the Spirit of God, who faithfully watches over His people. "In all their distress, he too was distressed" (v. 9). When our hearts are troubled, we must (1) trust in the Spirit’s unceasing support; (2) trust in the Spirit’s constant presence.
