In this episode, I had had a fantastic chat with Stefanie Sword-Williams. Stef is a huge believer in self-advocacy and empowerment to lead people to freely and openly talk about their achievements proudly. And so, we talk about the origin story of her business called F*ck Being Humble of how it started as an Instagram page to turning into her becoming a published author to delivering talks to huge international companies.

Having recently been named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2020, amongst some other amazing accolades, Stef and I talk about this and how she feels following this huge growth in the space of only 2 years. We talk about how she faced burnout and the recovery from that.
