According to Bloomberg sources, U.S. prosecutors are looking at transactions between Barry Silbert's Digital Currency Group (DCG) and its beleaguered subsidiary, Genesis. Separately, the Washington Post says authorities sent subpoenas to American hedge funds, asking for records of their communications with Binance. And the FTX bankruptcy entanglement just got a little bit... untangled.
