When you grow up in a hair salon, you learn the trade of cutting hair. My guests today, Jermaine & Damian Johnson, Founders of No Grease Barbershop, were youngsters watching their Mother cut hair in a salon at a very young age, it wasn't long before the boys decided to give it a try.

Fast forward to 1997, these Buffalo, NY natives opened their 1st No Grease Barbershop with these 3 key principles:  1. Professionalism 2. Culture 3. Nurture the Learning Process. At a mere 24 years old, these young men were on a mission to "Build People Up" through the haircut process, utilize their creative expression and be an artist, all through the barbershop experience.

Fast forward to 2017, No Grease became a franchise and the "3 Headed Monster of No Grease" was born. 

Head # 1: Support Franchisees by building trust

Head #2: Start and maintain a Barber School to help those get started in the trade, be an avenue to help men get on the right track and become homeowners. 

Head #3: The Barbershop Itself and the "Experience for Men".
