I get this question a lot. Here’s my story. I grew up in a family business, and by elementary school, I was already solving problems for the family business--I helped my mom streamline processes and take the business online. But my journey didn't stop there. As I grew older, my passion for helping others achieve high performance and find greater impact led me down the coaching path.
