Special "business revenue leak checklist" offer, free at http://www.mrse.co/leak.
As someone with Inattentive ADHD, Aron Croft is on a mission to help other ADHD folks live happier, more productive lives. He runs a company called Hidden ADHD and created a course called the Productivity Academy Program.
In this episode, Danny and Abe talk with Aron about turning his one-on-one coaching for ADHDers into an even better product with a group program.
In this episode we'll discuss:
- Why you don’t have to be an expert to be a teacher.
- Reasons to include one-on-one coaching.
- Ways to iterate and scale your course.
- Using teams and peer accountability to aid in successful completion of your course.
- What are effective platforms for course creators to communicate with students?
- Working with a challenging topic or niche.
- What is a consistency coach, and how can you use one in your program?
- How to incentivize returning students, and how it can help you scale your business.
“I know there's a need for this program and that there's opportunity there. But how do I take that to the next level?”
– Aron Croft
