We are joined by Towson University’s Director of Football Performance, Dr. Justin Lima. After a run down of how he got to Towson Dr. Lima shares with us his PhD research, what the driving factors were behind that, and why he felt it was so important to make it practical for coaches. We then discuss how the pandemic has impacted what they did, what he saw from his athletes when they came back to campus, and how they are doing an audit of what they were doing and how they are pivoting and changing the direction they are going in now.
